イラン軍事衝突以降、ペルシャ湾で足止めされていた出光興産の大型タンカー「出光丸」が28日、ホルムズ海峡を通過してオマーン湾の公海へ出た。原油を満載しているとみられる。日本政府高官は「日本政府が交渉していた成果だ」と語った。
